Refund policy
We hope you LOVE your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we would like to do our best to make it right.

Return requests must be emailed to us at info@cannabossdesigns.com within 5 days of your order being delivered. Please include your order number in your request.

Items may only be returned for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

A return authorization (RA#) must be given prior to shipping your order back.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit while being returned.

All items will be inspected and processed within 2-5 business days of being returned. You will receive an email with your issued store credit.

Defective or Damaged merchandise
Our merchandise is inspected before it leaves our warehouse, however we know we may not catch all defects/damages. Please let us know if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and we will be sure to take care of that for you.

All claims must be submitted 2 DAYS from the day you receive your package.

Please email us at info@cannabossdesigns.com with your order number and photos of the damages to help us expedite the replacement process.
Cancellation Request

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at info@cannabossdesigns.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

All cancelled orders are subject to a $5 Processing Fee! Unfortunately, we aren't refunded processing fees from the original transaction or for the refund.
